Mark Van Hook has been guiding on the Southern Oregon Rivers for the past 24 years. He is fully Licensed by the State of Oregon, U.S. Coast Guard, fully insured, and First Aid and CPR certified.

The Southern Oregon coast is one of the few places in the world that can boast of 12 months of world class fishing. Whether it's Drift Fishing for Winter Steelhead on one of the pristene coastal streams, or Jet Boating up the mighty Rogue River in Hot Pursuit of a 30 pound Spring Chinook, Marks extensive local nowledge will put you "on the fish".

We will be Drifting the Elk, Chetco, and Sixes, in the 17 foot Willies Guide Model drift Boat. My Jet boat is a 24foot Boice Jet.

Both are heated and the Jet boat will have a full top during the Spring Chinook season. Breakfast will be served on the boat during Spring Chinook season. All Tackle and bait is furnished. If you have a favorite drift rod for steelhead you are more than welcome to bring it along.

Mark also fishes the Ocean. If conditions are right, we can go out in the morning for bottom fish and come back and catch a fall chinook in the afternoon.

Large parties are welcome, special lodging arraingements can be made for corporate groups. Mark's got the fish!
